Protection of personal data

The Agencia para el Aceite de Oliva, a public body dependent on the Ministry of Agriculture, Fishing and Food, is the responsible for the data file generated from the personal information supplied by users of its website.

In accordance with Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the Protection of Data of a Personal Nature, the Agencia para el Aceite de Oliva undertakes to fulfil its obligation of secrecy with respect to data of a personal nature and to treat them confidentially. To this end, it will adopt all measures necessary for avoiding it being modified, lost, processed or accessed without due authorisation.

The aims of the automated collection and processing of personal data include the management, provision, extension and improvement of user services, the management of information supplied in job vacancies, the communication of information relating to the Ministry to interested parties and the monitoring of queries lodged by users.

Modifications

With a view to improving website services, the Agencia para el Aceite de Oliva reserves the right to modify, extend or temporarily suspend the presentation, configuration, technical specification and services available on its website.

It also reserves the right to modify the conditions of use at any time, along with any other particular conditions.
